The Media Organizer app
The app works entirely on your computer. It has no account, no advertising, no usage analytics and no telemetry, it uses no cloud service, and it does not connect to the internet.
It keeps one catalog for each Windows user, on this computer, in %LOCALAPPDATA%\MediaOrganizer. The catalog lists the drives, folders and cards you add and the files on them: names, folders, sizes, dates, and what the files report about the camera and the recording, such as its model, serial number, time and dimensions. It also holds the names you give drives and cameras, your tags, projects, workflows, settings and the history of the copies the app made. Thumbnails are kept on this computer as well. Nothing in the catalog is uploaded.
The app reads the drives and folders you add. It writes to a drive only when you ask it to: copying, moving or preparing a project, running a workflow, or naming a drive, which writes the name to the drive's label. It never uploads your recordings.
Local AI agents and scripts can use the app through requests on this computer only, with your own Windows access. The app opens no network port. Performance diagnostics are off unless you start the app in diagnostics mode; they stay on this computer and record no file names, folders or metadata.
To remove everything the app knows, delete its folder in %LOCALAPPDATA%. Your recordings, and the copies the app made on your drives, are not affected.
Website and support information
The public website does not currently use advertising or analytics. When you submit a support request, the site stores the information you choose to enter, including a title, message, optional context, product version, device or environment details, related hardware, and an optional contact email.
You can send a ticket without an account, with or without an email. An email you give without an account receives only a link to confirm it; nothing else is sent to it unless that link is opened. Before a ticket is sent without an account, your browser solves a small puzzle from this site to show it is not a robot; nothing is sent to anyone else for it.
Each submission receives a private access code. The ticket number and access code allow you to review its status and any owner response without creating an account.
Cookies and abuse prevention
The support site uses a secure session cookie for form protection and ticket workflows. For abuse prevention, the server converts the connection address into a keyed, non-reversible rate-limit value. Hosting and infrastructure providers may retain ordinary server and security logs under their own policies.
Publication and confidentiality
Submissions are private by default and are never published automatically. A sanitized question and answer may be published only after owner review and only when publication is permitted. Security and privacy reports are never eligible for public publication.
Retention and choices
Support records are retained while reasonably needed to answer requests, document decisions, prevent abuse, and operate the service. To request access, correction, or deletion, use Media Organizer Support and include the ticket number and private access code when available, or contact support@twoleftwheels.com.
