Does Two Left Wheels 360 change or copy my recordings?

No. Your recordings stay where they are and are only read. The stitched MOV files on the virtual drive are not copies: each frame is stitched when your editor reads it. Removing a recording from an editing pack or deleting an editing pack never touches the original.
